Alex is a high-flying marketing manager in a brand-name sportswear company and she’s determined to let nothing – not even family – stand in the way of her success. But with so much to juggle, Alex begins to realise that she needs some serious domestic assistance. Especially when she discovers her Spanish cleaner has been using the flat to turn tricks in the afternoons, and in her bed! She needs someone more committed than a cleaner – what Alex needs is a wife. An advertisement is placed in the local paper and it isn’t long before Alex believes she has found the perfect person. Ella comes across as glamorous and terrifically capable. But Ella isn’t quite what she appears and pretty soon Alex is contemplating divorce.
