Your donation keeps books moving

Most books are donated to us rather than purchased. Your books get the chance to find new readers, while helping Thrift Reads continue making donations to charities.

Please bring books in boxes or sturdy bags where possible.

How it works

  1. Gather your books Books should be in a condition that another reader can enjoy.
  2. Visit Thrift Reads Bring them to our Waltham store during current opening hours.
  3. We’ll take it from here We’ll sort the books and find the best next step for each one.
