Description
FOX EVIL, is set in the small, insular village of Shenstead in Dorset. The story begins with the suspicious death of Ailsa Lockyer-Fox, found dead on the terrace of her home. Her husband, Colonel James Lockyer-Fox, is cleared of any wrongdoing by a coroner's jury, but the village gossip machine is set in motion, accusing him not only of murder but of other heinous crimes. The colonel's London solicitor, Mark Ankerton, steps in to defend his friend and uncover the truth. The investigation leads him to a group of "travelers" (gypsies) who are squatting on disputed land, led by a man named Fox, whose agenda is far more sinister than simply finding a place to live. The book weaves together multiple subplots, including class tensions, a past family tragedy, and the conflict between fox hunters and saboteurs.

New Zealand orders of $40 or more receive free shipping. For smaller orders, Christchurch delivery to postcodes beginning with 8 is $5, metro New Zealand delivery is $9, and rural New Zealand delivery is $14.
If your address is rural, please choose the rural delivery option at checkout.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
We currently ship to Australia for a flat rate of $37. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect from 9 Penbury St, Waltham, Christchurch 8023. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will email you when your order is ready.

We ship with NZ Post. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, with rural delivery sometimes taking a little longer. We will email your tracking number after dispatch.
